Cork County Council’s Artists Bursary Scheme 2026 supports individual artists living and working in the Cork County administrative area to develop new work, undertake professional development, or pursue international exhibition/performance opportunities. Artists in any discipline can apply for up to €5,000 to cover costs such as research, production, training, mentorship, residencies, or international touring (with required documentation). Collaborative projects are eligible, though one lead applicant must be named. Applications are assessed on artistic track record, ambition, innovation, feasibility, and potential career impact. Applicants must submit a project proposal (max 750 words), CV, budget, recent work samples, and relevant letters of support. Activities must be completed within 12 months. The deadline is 5pm, Friday 9 January 2026, and applications must be submitted via corkcoco.ie. Decisions will be announced in Feb/March 2026.
