<h4>'''All Watched Over by Our Data Double'''</h4>
<h4>'''plugdata - A visual programming environment for audio experimentation, prototyping and education'''</h4>

''Simon Biggs, Ana Carvalho''
''Timothy Schoen''

An interesting read on how visual media and social media engagement contribute to the construction and circulation of "data doubles," representations of individuals generated through pervasive surveillance technologies, and examines how media artists reflect on this phenomenon and its implications in the context of surveillance capitalism.
Have not tested this yet but it looks like a more streamlined version of Pd/ Max/MSP which can also be run as a plugin for any DAW. Making my own plugins, yes please!
