<h4>'''The Laughing Machine: AI and the Creative Sector'''</h4>
'''From Data Doubles to Data Demons: Reflections on a CripTech Collaboration'''
''Piquant''
''Laura Forlano, Itziar Barrio'' | Leonardo
A great sober-headed essay by Limerick media house Piquant about uses of AI and approaches to it.
A very interesting read on cyborgs, disability, robots and art!
''This article describes a collaboration between the authors around a series of robotic sculptures that were created by Barrio with data from Forlano’s “smart” insulin pump and sensor system. Forlano, a type 1 diabetic for over 10 years, expands upon previous writing about her experience as a “disabled cyborg.” As CripTech art, the robotic sculptures, discussed here as data demons, complicate and expand contemporary discourses on artificial intelligence and design. By engaging themes such as data as labor, data as material, and data as relations, this article ultimately argues that both people and technologies are disabled.''
<h4>'''Building a digital painting software from scratch with Processing'''</h4>

'''The VG Resource'''
''Tim Rodenbröker''
Okay, I know this is not exactly an article but it's a great resource. The VG Resource is a group of websites that are dedicated to the collection, archival, and appreciation of materials from video games. Here you can find sprites, 3D models and textures - they also have pages on their wiki on how to rip your own graphics from various consoles!
Couldn't really decide between another essay from Tim or this but I find coding in Processing can be so meditative and I just really enjoyed this technique of using PGraphic canvas's so yep, there you go.
