The GAFF, through Creative Communities Midwest, has hosted TRANSITIONS since 2020 as a platform for artists and communities. For 2025, TRANSITIONS brings together artists working in collective contexts in Limerick, Cork and London, across the spheres of dance, performance, visual art, new media, sound, architecture and interdisciplinary practice.
